When you submit a project enquiry, we collect information necessary to respond to your request and deliver our services. This includes your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company details, and project requirements.

2. Purpose & Lawful Basis

We process this data for the purpose of responding to enquiries and managing project delivery. The lawful basis for this processing is for "pre-contractual steps" at your request, and our "legitimate interest" in running the studio.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored using Google Cloud (Firebase) and transmitted securely. Email notifications are routed securely via Resend. We employ Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our forms from spam and abuse, which operates under Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Third Parties & Selling Data

We absolutely do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is only shared with our core infrastructure providers (Firebase and Resend) solely for the purpose of operating this service.

5. Data Retention

Enquiry data is retained for approximately 24 months for reference purposes. If you become a client, your data is retained for the duration of our working relationship and subsequent required periods for accounting and warranties.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This site utilises a cookieless approach to analytics. The only tracking logic implemented is standard, passive server-side metrics and the Google reCAPTCHA v3 script required for form security.
